Panagiotis Styl. Skordas was born in 1967 in Agiasos, where he finished Middle School and High School. He studied at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Ioannina. He received the title of Doctor of Modern Greek Philology from the Kapodistrian University of Athens, with the subject of his Doctoral Thesis "The Narrative Work of Argyris Eftaliotis".
Since 1992 he has been working as a philologist in various schools in Lesvos. Since 2009 he has had an instrumental position at the Music School of Mytilene. From 2006-2009, he was the Head of Cultural Affairs and Artistic Competitions of the Directorate of Secondary Education of the Prefecture of Lesvos. Since August 2017, he has been the Director of the 6th Gymnasium of Mytilene "Yiannis & Aristides Delis".
Member of the Association of Philologists of Lesvos and the Panhellenic Union of Philologists since 1992, he edited 5 editions of the Association, Seminar 37 of the Panhellenic Union of Philologists, and 9 other volumes of interest to Lesbos island.
Since 1995 he has been editing the book pages of the newspaper Aeolika Nea (until 2001) and of Embros (from 2002 until today). With his announcements, he has taken part in many conferences, seminars, and workshops. His texts and studies, of philological interest, are published in collective volumes and in various magazines. His book reviews have been published in the newspapers Kathimerini and Avgi and in the magazines Anti, Thallo, Periplus, Doromologio, Themeta Literature, New Education, Educational, Philological, and in many publications of lesbian associations.
In 2012, the 25th issue of the ENEKEN magazine of Thessaloniki, entitled "Lesbos of our soul", was published with his own editing and selection of texts.

Since 2011 he has been responsible and editor of the annual publication Lesbian Calendar. Letters-Arts-Culture, in which he also publishes his studies and writes introductory texts. 13 volumes with over 5000 pages have been published to date.
